Application Tools: Brush or roller

Before applying - stir product with a broad, flat paddle. Apply one even coat of Selleys Advance Wall Sealer B215. Very porous surfaces may require a second coat of Selleys Advance Wall Sealer B215.

Thinning: Not usually required. In hot conditions or on porous surfaces use up to 50ml of water per litre.

Keep out of reach of children. Provide adequate ventilation during use. If painting indoors, keep windows and doors open during use and while drying.

  1. Wash the surface thoroughly to remove any mould, grease or dirt and sandpaper loose paint flakes and other material off the surface prior to painting, as the new paint will not stick to a poorly prepared surface.

  2. Once the surface is clean, dry and free from loose material apply a coat of Base Coat and allow to dry. Some surfaces may require a second coat to cover stubborn stains like mould. Ensure Base Coat is properly dry before applying the finishing coat.

  3. Once the Base Coat has fully dried, you are ready to apply the top coats. We recommend two coats of your chosen topcoat for a durable, long lasting finish.

By following these key steps, you will achieve a great result for whatever surface you are painting. Proper preparation using Base Coat is the key to achieving longer lasting top coats.
